Program Overview:
Our Med-Surg Residency Program offers new graduate nurses a structured, supportive start on two high-acuity units, the cardiopulmonary unit and the mixed medical unit. This program is designed to build your confidence, clinical skills and professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience.
