Welcoming Veterans and Military Service Members to apply for Northwell Health’s Associate Financial Services Representative Train & Earn Program
Northwell Health is proud to offer a paid comprehensive training program, in partnership with our Military Liaison Services team, to support veterans and military service members who are looking for a career as an associate financial services representative. This six-to-eight-week, on-the-job, paid training program will prepare eligible veterans and military service members.
Northwell Health is providing a full scholarship to all veterans and military service members who participate in the Associate Financial Services Representative Train & Earn Program. Please submit your resume in advance.
Northwell Health’s Associate Financial Services Representative Train & Earn Program overview:
Northwell Health is honored to support veterans and military service members throughout our communities by providing them with an opportunity to jump-start a career as an associate financial services representative.
Program details:
- This on-the-job, paid training program begins on Monday, January 12, for associate financial services representatives and takes place in-person for six to eight (6-8) weeks.
- Upon successful completion of the Associate Financial Services Representative Train & Earn Program, each participant has an opportunity to be promoted to a full-time Northwell employee, working as an associate financial services representative. Participants will commit to working for Northwell as an associate financial services representative for at least one (1) year.
- Northwell will pay you a salary of $23.64 an hour, plus comprehensive Northwell benefits.

Eligibility requirements and program commitments*:
Our training program is for veterans and military service members who:
- Have earned a state-endorsed high school diploma or HSE/TASC (formerly GED certificate).
- Pass a background check.
- Provide an employment commitment to work as an associate financial services representative at Northwell for at least one (1) year, following successful completion of the program.
*Applicants must meet the criteria above to be eligible for Northwell Health’s Associate Financial Services Representative Train & Earn Program for veterans and military service members.

Each applicant can use the below steps as a guide throughout the training program application process.
- STEP 1: Submit your resume to apply via the link above for the Associate Financial Services Representative Train & Earn Program by Thursday, November 20, 2025.
- STEP 2: Qualified candidates will be contacted by a member of the Northwell Health team.
- STEP 3: Final candidates will be invited to an in-person interview at a designated date and time.
- STEP 4: Candidates will be notified of acceptance the week of December 8, 2025.
