Northwell Health is proud to offer a paid comprehensive training program, in partnership with our Military Liaison Services team, to support veterans, military service members and military spouses who are looking for a career as a customer service representative. This four-to-six-week, on-the-job, paid training program will be at at our designated facilities in either Melville, N.Y., or Jacksonville, FL.
Northwell Health is providing a full scholarship to all veterans, military service members and military spouses who participate in the Customer Service Representative Train and Earn Program. Please submit your resume in advance.

Northwell Health is honored to support veterans, military service members and military spouses throughout our communities by providing them with an opportunity to jumpstart a career as a customer service representative.
Program details:
- This on-the-job, paid training program begins on Monday, March 16, for customer service representatives and takes place in-person for four-to-six (4-6) weeks.
- Upon successful completion of the Customer Service Representative Train and Earn Program, each participant has an opportunity to be promoted to a full-time Northwell employee, working in a hybrid environment, as a customer service representative. Participants will commit to working for Northwell as a customer service representative for at least one (1) year.
- Northwell will pay you a salary range of $19.00-$22.00 an hour, plus comprehensive Northwell benefits.

Eligibility requirements and program commitments*:
Our training program is for veterans, military service members and military spouses who:
- Have earned a state-endorsed high school diploma or HSE/TASC (formerly GED certificate).
- Pass a background check.
- Provide an employment commitment to work as a customer service representative at Northwell for at least one (1) year, following successful completion of the program.
*Applicants must meet the criteria above to be eligible for Northwell Health’s Customer Service Representative Train and Earn Program for veterans, military service members and military spouses.

Each applicant can use the below steps as a guide throughout the training program application process.
- STEP 1: Submit your resume to apply via the link above for the Customer Service Representative Train and Earn Program by Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
- STEP 2: Qualified candidates will be contacted by a member of the Northwell Health team.
- STEP 3: Final candidates will be invited to an in-person interview at a designated date and time.
- STEP 4: Candidates will be notified of acceptance the week of February 9, 2026.
