Join us with your family members as we prepare for back to school season! Northwell Off the Rack is a free pop-up thrift shop exclusively for team members and their families designed to help us embrace an eco-friendly approach to sourcing our clothes and giving them a second life when we are done.
Thanks to the generosity made possible by Northwell team members, we will not be collecting donations for this upcoming store opening at the sites. We always have donation bins in front of the store should you have items.
Two Ways to Get Involved
1. July 28 – August 2: Volunteer
Northwell team members can volunteer to work at the shop by selecting an available timeslot below. You must have your manager’s approval in advance. You will be notified via email to confirm participation with details.

Store Hours:
• Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
During a break or before or after work, stop by the shop to find your next favorite outfit and bring your family. Please bring your ID badge with you; family must be accompanied by a team member.

Friendly reminder: At this time we cannot accept undergarments, bathing suits, socks, make-up and earrings.
Thank you! With your support, we collected more than 25,375 pounds of donations for clothing, shoes and accessories, welcomed more than 3,592 shoppers, and had more than 893 Northwell volunteers participate.
