Join us with your family members as we prepare for the fall and winter season! Northwell Off the Rack is a free pop-up thrift shop exclusively for team members and their families designed to help us embrace an eco-friendly approach to sourcing our clothes and giving them a second life when we are done.
Three Ways to Get Involved
1. September 26 – October 3: Donate
Look for drop boxes at designated locations at your site. We are collecting gently used or ‘like new’ fall and winter wear—all sizes welcomed. Maternity clothing and plus sizes are also appreciated.
2. October 20 – October 25: Volunteer
Northwell team members can volunteer to work at the shop by selecting an available timeslot below. You must have your manager’s approval in advance. You will be notified via email to confirm participation with details.

3. October 20 – October 25: Shop for FREE

Store Hours:
• Monday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
During a break or before or after work, stop by the shop to find your next favorite outfit and bring your family. Please bring your ID badge with you; family must be accompanied by a team member.

Thank you! With your support, we collected more than 27,492 pounds of donations for clothing, shoes and accessories, welcomed more than 4,219 shoppers, and had more than 1,067 Northwell volunteers participate.
