Peconic Bay Medical Center (PBMC) Respiratory Therapist Referral Campaign
For every full-time and part-time respiratory therapist role that we hire for Peconic Bay Medical Center who you refer, you will receive a referral bonus up to $3,000, after successful completion of their introductory review period.
New full-time hires will also receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
As a valued and respected team member at Northwell Health, we are reaching out to ask if you know someone who you think would be interested in exploring a career as a respiratory therapist at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY.
To receive this cash award, the following criteria must be met:
- Any full time or part time Northwell Peconic Bay Medical Center NYSNA represented team members who submit a referral who is hired for a respiratory therapist position at PBMC is eligible to receive up to a $3,000 bonus, less any applicable withholding and taxes. (Per diems are not eligible.)
- Full-time and part-time roles: The referral bonus shall be paid to the referring employee up to $3,000 upon completion of probation from the referred team member.
- Referred employees: a) must not have been former employees of Northwell Health within the past six months of this agreement, and b) must not be a temporary/agency employee currently assigned to Northwell Health.
- Employees that transfer from another Northwell Health hospital or facility are not eligible.
- The referring employee must still be employed with Northwell Health at the time of the cash bonus payout.
- The referral bonus will not be awarded to VPs and above.
