Nursing Fellowships
Nursing fellowship programs offer an environment wherein new graduates and experienced nurses receive the professional development necessary to become successful in a new specialty field. The fellowship programs utilize a blended learning experience to educate nurses. Following an academic model that emphasizes learner-centric strategies, each of the fellowship programs is designed to serve as a bridge to practice in a particular specialty area. The curriculum is divided in thirds to provide for knowledge acquisition, preceptored clinical experiences and direct patient care. Learning objectives are tailored to the needs of the clinical unit and the participants.
