Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Program.
• Current and active CT Physical Therapist License.
• Mandatory First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

The salary range for this position is $90000.00-$120000.00/year. Salary reflects full-time employment and would be adjusted for part-time or per diem employment based on hours worked.
