At Northwell Health, we’re never satisfied with the status quo. That’s why we’re always looking for fresh perspectives throughout our organization. Through the Spark! Challenge, we’re playing a vital role in helping reach, engage and inspire tomorrow’s healthcare leaders. We’re bringing together educators, schools and lots of passionate Northwell teams to help introduce students to some of the many career areas that require competencies in STEM (Science Technology, Engineering, and Math) skills. Join us and let’s ignite that Spark!
Over 3,000 students have participated over the past five years, partnering with over 200 Northwell Health teams.
