Job Description
Manages and evaluates the staff and the activities of the Business Services division. Manages multiple stakeholders across operational and corporate functions. Manages and analyzes operational budgets, formulation of policies and procedures, and the implementation of continuous improvement practices.
Job Responsibility
- Provides leadership to Business Services team members, supervisors and managers by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
- Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
- Manages and analyzes operational budgets, formulation of policies and procedures, and the implementation of continuous improvement practices.
- Contributes to the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of functional plans and manage the annual planning process.
- Collaborates with the leadership and internal stakeholders on specialized projects and initiatives including Human Resources, information systems development, self service capability, workforce management solutions, and enhanced reporting requirements.
- Oversees complex investigations and analysis; recommends solutions on a range of operational and corporate matters and presents to the leadership.
- Manages and delegates workflow ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively while meeting technical standards, deadlines, and budgets.
- Selects, develops, manages, and evaluates direct reports; oversees the selection, development, management, and evaluation of indirect reports.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years of leadership / management experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $75,020-$126,250/year
