Job Responsibility
- Interacts with senior management with problem assessment and resolution of communication systems issues. Provides updates to senior management and/or their representatives regarding the status of problems and resolutions.
- If applicable, works with various required software programs and databases order new devices, access user accounts, reset user passwords, and to create, update, and close tickets related to communications systems, services, and devices.
- Collaborates and serves as liaison between end-users, department leadership, and telecom vendors to order equipment, confirm pricing, and triage devices.
- Provides continuous customer service, feedback, collaboration, and follow-up with clients regarding communication systems.
- Manages issues, inquires, client needs and ensures timely resolution.
- Assists management and other departments with special projects, presentations, and communication systems management. Monitors status of special projects/problems on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborates with department heads to minimize the use of resources, telecommunication supplies and equipment while maintaining or improving the quality delivery of communication services.
- Begins to make suggestions for improving services and creating efficiencies for processes that fall within the defined scope.
- Compiles reports as needed in response to end-user inquiries.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in AV or IT support, ideally in a fast-paced, executive or high-touch environment.
- Proficiency with AV conference room technology, including displays, microphones, speakers, soundbars, touch panels, and cameras.
- Experience supporting Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or equivalent video collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with AV troubleshooting (signal flow, connectivity, audio/video quality, etc.) and basic control system operations (e.g., Crestron, Extron).
- Comfortable setting up and supporting in-person and hybrid meetings, including executive town halls and boardroom sessions.
- Strong customer service skills and professional presence; able to work directly with senior leadership and executives.
- Calm under pressure with a sense of urgency and discretion.
- Willingness to work early hours, evenings, or flex schedules to support meetings and events as needed.
- CTS or working toward AV industry certification is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $58,540-$92,650/year
