Job Description
Supports the advertising strategy for clinical and non-clinical marketing initiatives across the health system. Works closely with media agency partners and internal teams to help plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and contributes to measurable campaign outcomes.
Highly Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Proven experience translating complex marketing strategies into effective and actionable media plans and tactics.
- Deep understanding and application of media industry best practices, with an ability to identify and strategically address complex challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute strategically to the development of campaign objectives, sophisticated audience strategies, optimal channel mix, and robust testing plans.
- Proficiency in collaborating with media agencies to ensure seamless campaign setup, meticulous trafficking, thorough quality assurance (QA), and efficient ongoing execution.
- Skilled in drafting and refining comprehensive media briefs that accurately reflect client strategies, ensuring strategic alignment and clarity.
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities, including building trust, delivering insightful reporting, and supporting regular status updates.
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated experience monitoring advertising performance, interpreting data, and proactively recommending data-driven optimizations in partnership with agency and analytics teams.
- Robust project management and organizational skills, capable of coordinating complex media campaigns, adhering to established operational processes, and consistently meeting aggressive timelines and deliverables.
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless alignment on messaging, user experience (UX), and comprehensive measurement strategies across creative, web, and analytics teams.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking methodologies and analytics platforms, with a track record of partnering with analytics teams to ensure data integrity and derive actionable insights from reporting.
- Critical eye for detail in reviewing media plans, ensuring stringent alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints, and providing constructive, actionable feedback to agency partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in market campaign planning and implementation for the organization clinical services, hospitals, and facilities.
- Tracks results of marketing campaigns and develops reports.
- Recommends, implements, and adheres to approved operating goals, objectives and budget.
- Develops and produces communication materials.
- Manages media plan development and execution.
- Organizes and implements marketing programs using direct marketing, mass media, and online marketing.
- Manages day-to-day relationships with outside vendors including ad agencies, printers, mail houses, etc. Directs vendors in development of creative and media strategies and execution.
- Assists in the development of market research and data management tools.
- Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in media planning/buying, digital marketing, or integrated advertising required (healthcare experience a plus)
- Familiarity with paid media channels (e.g., search, social, programmatic, display, video) and basic marketing analytics
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills
- Ability to work independently on day-to-day tasks with guidance from senior staff on complex initiatives

The salary range for this position is $66300.00-$98500.00/year.
