This role sits within the AI Product team and serves as the analytical and requirements backbone for a fast-moving, enterprise-scale AI platform. The Senior Product Services & Management Analyst will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to uncover the true intent behind complex or ambiguous business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements — balancing technical feasibility with user experience and the product’s strategic direction. Because AI product needs are rarely clear-cut, the ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity: asking the right questions, digging beneath surface-level requests, and ensuring that what gets built genuinely serves the people who will use it. They bring strong analytical instincts, a collaborative mindset, and the organizational discipline to keep multiple workstreams moving without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Job Responsibility
Authors and maintains core requirements documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), with a clear understanding of when and how each applies.
Partners with product managers to decompose Jira Epics into well-structured user stories in Jira, applying consistent labeling, tagging, and linking conventions to maintain full traceability across requirements, design, and delivery artifacts.
Establishes and manages requirements traceability matrices to ensure complete coverage from business need through design, development, testing, and release.
Communicates requirements, risks, and status clearly to stakeholders at all levels , including executive audiences, with appropriate detail calibrated to the audience.
Proactively investigates ambiguous or conflicting requirements, by conducting discovery sessions with stakeholders, asking probing questions, and synthesizing input from multiple sources to identify the true underlying need before documenting a solution. Operates effectively amid evolving requirements and iterative discovery cycles.
Collaborates actively with design and engineering teams, translating between business intent and technical implementation while respecting each discipline’s perspective and constraints.
Partners with the Design/UX team and customer success functions to absorb user feedback, usability findings, field observations, and behavioral insights, then translates those inputs into product requirements that stay aligned with the product’s strategic goals and overall trajectory.
Evaluates proposed solutions and AI model outputs through the lens of the end user, identifying cases where a technically correct implementation may not meet the user’s actual need or may create friction in the workflow, and advocates for adjustments that improve the real-world experience.
Monitors the evolving AI market, including generative and agentic AI developments, to inform requirements work, surface relevant capability gaps or opportunities, and keep the product team grounded in what’s changing externally.
Supports sprint planning and backlog grooming by ensuring stories are acceptance-criteria-ready and sequenced logically within the broader product roadmap.
Creates clear, audience-appropriate customer-facing documentation, including user guides, FAQs, feature summaries, and release notes, tailored to a non-technical enterprise workforce.
Plans and facilitates training sessions, roadshows, and adoption enablement activities to drive platform awareness and effective use across the health system.
Builds and maintains Jira dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into backlog health, requirements status, and delivery progress.
Approaches delivery as a sustained team effort, prioritizing shared progress, knowledge transfer, and sustainable pace over individual output.
Supports various financial systems within the portfolio, following the support model, while providing excellent customer service to all customers and end users.
Analyzes and troubleshoots production problems; escalates issues and executes solutions.
Works as a project / product lead on larger, more complex projects and/or on multiple projects and solutions.
Collaborates with multiple product teams and solution teams, IT and Business Product Managers, IT Business
Solutions Leads, and other key stakeholders.
Implements or enhances systems, following the software and solution delivery lifecycle and hybrid project management methods.
Maintains direct responsibility for successful outcome of assigned project(s) and solutions; interacts with end users to assist in collecting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements; communicates clearly and timely with customers and end users.
Creates clear, technical designs, and specifications; develops solutions and communicates requirements to external developers.
Develops, coordinates, and executes detailed test plans.
Trains end users and documents processes for knowledge transfer.
Identifies and documents solution related risks and issues; providing guidance and documentation, including scope of work, objectives, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
Follows policies to ensure business requirements are appropriately translated and communicates risks to stakeholders.
Keeps current with new functionality or technical offerings related to financial systems as well as with accounting concepts pertinent to healthcare finance.
Recommends and implements improvements to end user processes as they relate to financial systems.
Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.
Job Qualification

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, preferred.
3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and time management skills, preferred.

Fluent in business process mapping, workflow documentation, and stakeholder facilitation — expected to perform these independently and lead sessions with cross-functional groups.
Demonstrated experience authoring BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, and TRDs, with working knowledge of when each document type is appropriate and how they interrelate.
Advanced Jira proficiency: EPIC and story decomposition, labeling and tagging conventions, traceability linking, custom reporting, and dashboard configuration, with experience establishing and maintaining requirements traceability across the full product delivery lifecycle.
Proven ability to work fluidly across product, design, and engineering teams — comfortable navigating differing viewpoints, building consensus without losing requirements fidelity, and investing in team processes, documentation standards, and knowledge continuity as part of a long-term shared effort.
Strong executive communication skills; able to synthesize complex technical or analytical content into clear, stakeholder-appropriate summaries.
Actively follows the generative AI and agentic AI landscape, including model releases, capability shifts, emerging use cases, and industry adoption patterns and can translate market developments into relevant product and requirements context.
Familiarity with AI, data, or enterprise platform products; experience working in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment (healthcare experience a plus).
