Job Description
Directs, plans and organizes imaging resources in multiple sites by developing, communicating, and building consensus for goals/programs that support business or region. Maintains patient experience and employee engagement. Prepares and analyzes budget and appropriately direct resources to meet financial goals. Manages team members and management staff, recommends/implements appropriate policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
Leads an Imaging modality operations in multiple sites by communicating with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic
area.
Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility by applying standardized processes across all departments and locations.
Plans, directs and evaluates all the technical aspects of the modality’s services and programs across Sites.
Meets with vendors and manages relationship. Gather required information needed to perform equipment evaluation for potential purchases. Performs continuous monitoring of the quality of service given by vendors who have service contracts and warranties with the Sites.
Reviews the demand for services and evaluates/assesses the potential expansion of the imaging modality services.
Prepares budget and makes recommends to Leadership based on area specific needs and growth objectives.
Oversees coordination of in-service and continuing education programs for staff to ensure technical quality of films and quality patient care is rendered.
Plans and organizes the space requirements.
Obtains the architectural drawings for the project.
Sets timetable for the project and prepares staff for changes in scheduling or triage of the radiology procedures prior to the construction.
Resolves problems requiring administrative authority or professional knowledge and outlines policies, procedures and methods for resolving lesser problems by staff.
Informs supervisory staff of proper Hospital procedure and department procedure when dealing with different departmental and personnel issues.
Develops and implements strategic plans, drives departmental and family goals and objectives, and improves performance across multiple sites or larger portfolios. Responsible for directing staffing appropriately for department(s) and collaborating with HR to fulfill requirements

Job Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
All licensures and certifications needed
8-12 years of experience in healthcare and/or imaging services and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required

The salary range for this position is $152000-$266000/year
