Job Description
Ensures the maintenance of software and hardware; implements new or updated software modules. Ensures that support is provided for all end-user equipment including, desktop, laptop, printers, scanners and hospital equipment. Ensures that service level commitments and deliverables are met.
Job Responsibility
- Guides and trains lower level technicians in their duties and assigned projects.
- Assists in coordinating schedules, support documents and presentation of deliverables.
- Supports service line operational initiatives and program development.
- Redirects problems and requests to appropriate resources as necessary.
- Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention.
- Guides the disaster recovery and back up/recovery drills.
- Stays current with system(s) information, changes and updates.
- Ensures investigation of problems between applications and other interfaced systems and infrastructure.
- Provides hands-on support and training to end users.

Preferred skills:
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors for warranty replacements or escalated repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT hardware assets using asset management tools ServiceNow, Excel-based systems).
- Excellent time management and documentation skills
- Maintain inventory control, optimize stock level, and track and manage. Forecasting and ensuring availability.
- Being able to deliver parts as necessary, a dependable vehicle is a must.
- Perform RMA’s responsibilities, ship and receive parts.
- Experience replacing hardware components such as system boards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and fans in laptops and workstations
- Proficiency with diagnosing and repairing hardware issues, Fujitsu scanners, mobile carts, printers.
Job Qualification
- Associate’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $58,540-$92,650/year
