Job Description
Supports Physical Assets’ Staff in the review and development of projects. Helps in identifying stakeholder needs and assists in site surveys. Updates and submits background updates for Physical Assets projects, as assigned.
Job Responsibility
- Assists in documenting project program, scope and preparation of development plan(s) and design schedules; assists in performing field survey of existing conditions and potential project locations.
- Supports Physical Assets in providing architectural specialty support. Works with vendors to obtain quotes for furniture, signage and artwork for small projects under the supervision of the Project Architect.
- Helps in performing evaluations of the existing and new client’s facilities, equipment and furniture.
- Aids the development of initial conceptual plans and designs utilizing Project Architect’s redlines and mark-ups.
- Assists Project Architect in formulating, editing and finalizing Request for Proposals (RFPs) based on criteria and requirements.
- Utilizes software to assist in the development of alternative concepts as well as illustrative schematic layouts.
- Develops and updates current conditions and surveys; updates and maintains organization facilities floor plans/backgrounds.
- Assists Project Architects in documenting organization Design Standards changes.
- Assists with the creation of Punch Lists on small project in-house projects.
- Coordinates the scanning, sorting, categorization and storage of architectural documents, drawings and records.
- Requests and maintains product data, criteria, project samples and materials.
- Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $58,500-$79,300/year
