Associate Maintenance Mechanic
Associate maintenance mechanics performs and assist in skilled and semiskilled work in several crafts and repairs, including carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Requires zero to three (0-3) years of technical experience.
As you transition from an associate maintenance mechanic to a maintenance mechanic, you can continue broadening your technical experience in fields such as carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
Maintenance Mechanic
Maintenance mechanics perform skilled and semiskilled work in several crafts and repairs, including carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One to three (1-3) years of technical experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to use tools related to the carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and mechanical trades. Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.

HVAC Mechanic
HVAC mechanics assist in performing senior functions in air conditioning shop including, control of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and automated alarm systems.

As you transition from an HVAC mechanic to a supervisor of facilities management, you will continue to leverage your skills in facilities management and leadership.
Supervisor, Facilities Management
The supervisor of facilities management supervises and evaluates vendors, construction, installations, repairs and maintenance of all facility structures, systems and equipment. Often serves as the immediate point-of-contact for facilities.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience is required.
- Four to six (4-6) years of relevant experience and zero to two (0-2) years of leadership or management experience is required.
